Professionals from Farmers National Company will present information on the following timely topics:

Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) for Preserving Land Values

What have been the overriding factors for the strength in the land market the last few years and are there still opportunities? What are the potential threats out there that could cause some weakness in the market? Using a SWOT exercise, we will provide the answers.

Analyzing The Operating Alternatives For Your Land

Every rural property is unique and every owner has very personal goals of ownership. We'll discuss how to analyze the various lease arrangements available, some of the considerations of the different methods, and relative profitability.

A World View of the Commodity Market

Not only do we need to worry about crop conditions and supply and demand in the US, the entire world has an influence on what the grain markets will do. We will discuss those US and world influences and how you can protect yourself by having a solid grain marketing plan in place.

Managing Lease Risk

As land values have escalated, landowners have fallen behind with their lease terms. We will discuss current cash rents and lease terms around our service areas.

Succession Planning For Your Land Legacy

As you plan for the future, we'll explore some of the issues that should be addressed as well as discuss a variety of ways to involve your children in your farm investment.
